Elegance Hair Cream Developer is a hydrogen peroxide-based cream used for bleaching and oxidative color treatments of the hair.

Available in 3 different strengths: 10 Volume (3%), 30 Volume (9%), 40 Volume (12%).

Directions: Mix in equal parts with color cream until a rich and creamy consistent texture is obtained.
Caution: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse out immediately if the product comes into contact with them. Wear suitable disposable gloves during the preparation, application, and rinsing of the product. Store away from heat and light. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. For professional use only.
